Cake Face: Fast, Easy and super Yummy Blueberry Mug Cake

 

The days are getting shorter and the weather colder, finally! In the past couple of month I have been patiently waiting for lower temperatures, falling, colorful leaves and cozy days inside. Everybody who knows me, knows that I am ALL about being cozy, you just cant keep me away from my favorite Jo Malone candle in Lime Basil & Mandarin, fluffy blankets and of course this really easy and super delicious blueberry mug cake! If you can totally relate,grab a blanket, put on your favorite movie, make this cake for one and let's get comfy together!

Preparation Time: max. 5 min.
Microwaving Time: 1 1/2 min.

Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Hint of salt

Wet Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk (I use Silk Soymilk in "Very Vanilla")
1 tablespoon melted butter (use vegetable oil to create a vegan mug cake)
1/4 cup of blueberries (feel free to add more :-) )

Optional:
Cinnamon
Cinnamon sugar (as topping)

Let's do it:

1) Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl or mug.
2) Mix all wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
3) Slowly add your desired amount of blueberries into the mix.
4) Microwave the mixture, making sure the cake stays "spoonable" and soft.




Time to enjoy your fluffy mug cake. The best thing? You don't need to share!
